Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Consultants for safe flat purchase (https://consultantsforsafeflatpurchase.com), including Safe Purchase investigations, optional civic search tools, and consultation requests. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. End-user accounts are for buyers requesting Safe Purchase checks. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. Login and moderation actions are logged for security.

What the platform is

Consultants for safe flat purchase is a Safe Purchase guidance platform. It is not a property marketplace and does not complete a sale or booking. You bring a project/flat you already have in mind; we (via the admin portal) run paid investigations and share private guidance with you.

Platform services

  • Safe Purchase — buyers describe the flat they have in mind on a logged-in intake form, pay registration, wait for a meeting scheduled by us, then pay for investigation plus confidential report in a combined checkout. You receive a private progress page (including a private building visual we update during the check) and a platform verdict (safe, caution, or not recommended) with a short reason. Verdicts and confidential reports are guidance based on available records at the time of review; they are not a legal title opinion, guarantee of purchase safety, or substitute for your own lawyer or due diligence. The same buyer may not open another case for the same unit identity (including after a completed case).
  • Civic search — DP Remark and AutoDCR tools help signed-in users start searches using official MCGM field names. Success rates and record completeness depend on third-party municipal systems. Always verify results with MCGM before making decisions. These tools are not sold as a buyer subscription and are not required for Safe Purchase.
  • Consultation — messages submitted via About us are for general enquiries and do not constitute legal or financial advice.

User content and conduct

You are responsible for the accuracy of intake details, documents, and messages you submit. Do not post false, misleading, or infringing material. Do not attempt to bypass account limits, payment controls, or security measures, or to obtain another user’s Safe Purchase progress link. We may remove content or restrict accounts that breach these rules.

Payments and refunds

Safe Purchase fees are processed through our payment partner (Razorpay). Prices, taxes, and fee amounts shown at checkout apply; administrators may update fee schedules for new purchases. Refunds, where applicable, follow our published refund policy and payment provider rules. Keep your private progress URL confidential; access may be limited if it is shared insecurely.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee completeness of civic records, successful completion of proxied DP Remark searches, or suitability of any property for purchase. Consultants for safe flat purchase is not a party to transactions between buyers and builders, and is not responsible for outcomes on external municipal portals. A Safe Purchase verdict reflects our assessment of available information for your case; it does not replace independent professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, data errors, or reliance on platform content or Safe Purchase guidance. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms or platform features with reasonable notice where required. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions: [email protected]. See also our Privacy Policy.
